By accessing or using RizzMax AI ("the App"), you confirm that you are at least 17 years of age and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2 Description of Service

RizzMax AI provides the following services:

• AI-powered facial attractiveness analysis and scoring
• Personalized grooming, fitness, and style recommendations
• AI-generated image creation based on your photos
• Progress tracking and routine management tools
• Community forum for sharing and discussion

3 User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4 Subscription & Payments

RizzMax AI offers both free and premium subscription plans. Regarding payments:

• Premium features require a paid subscription
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the renewal date
• Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play
• Refunds are subject to Apple/Google refund policies
• Prices may change with reasonable notice

5 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use RizzMax AI to:

• Upload photos of other people without their consent
• Create or share harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the service for any fraudulent or commercial purposes without permission
• Circumvent or attempt to bypass subscription restrictions

6 AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The AI attractiveness scores, recommendations, and generated images are based on algorithmic processing and do not represent objective standards of beauty or medical assessments. RizzMax AI makes no guarantees about the accuracy of any analysis.

7 Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of RizzMax AI, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by RizzMax AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of photos you upload, but grant us a limited license to process them for service delivery.

8 User-Generated Content

When you post content to our community forum or other shared areas, you grant RizzMax AI a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the App. You are solely responsible for the content you post.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RizzMax AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months.

10 Disclaimer of Warranties

RizzMax AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results obtained from use of the App will be accurate or reliable.

11 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

12 Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.

13 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
